• Single Account Rule: You may hold only one Account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created using false information will be closed, and any associated funds and winnings forfeited.

• Processing Time: Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly. In rare cases, bank delays may extend processing time to up to 24 hours.
• Fees: koin89 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees.
• Source of Funds: You confirm that all funds deposited to your Account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of crime or obtained through illegal activity.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100.000
• Processing Time: Standard members: 24-48 hours. VIP Silver: 12-24 hours. VIP Gold: 6-12 hours.
• Verification: Your Account must be fully verified (KYC approved) before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Turnover Requirements: If you have claimed a bonus, your deposit + bonus amount may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Refer to the specific bonus terms.

6. Bonuses and Promotions
